I’ve been there, walking through the fog of survival mode, doing my best to navigate this wild and beautiful world. Smiling on the surface as I felt the quiet ache beneath a my chest.

Behind the scenes of my life, I was in unspoken pain. Disconnected from my body, my aliveness, my eros and building my business while simultaneously spinning in the same place, with no idea why.

Success to me seemed like a mystery to be solved, this elusive dream I had witnessed in others, yet I couldn’t seem to crack the code for myself.

And then life brought me a loss that cracked me wide open, and it was in that rupture that something ancient stirred, a deeper truth, a sacred calling, a different way.

To rise, yes. But not just in business… in body. In self. In Eros. In soul.

So I did the wildest thing I could imagine, I shut my entire life down for a year. I sat alone, I sat in stillness, I cried an ocean of tears and I listened.

And then I came back to life and drafted a new playbook - one where my body sets the tempo, strategy serves the soul and growth feels like an exhale.
